The Purpose of Data Processing is the Contract Negotiation and the Contract Implementation
Apart from that we process personal data according to the following legal basis.
- §6 section 1lit.a DSGVO (Data Privacy Regulation) for the processing of the personal data with consent of the person in question
- §6 section 1lit.b DSGVO the necessary processing of personal data for contract implementation with affected persons as well as the execution of appropriate precontractual measures.
- §6 section 1lit.c DSGVO for the necessary processing of personal data in fulfillment of legal obligations, which we are subjected to, according to applicable laws in the EU or other countries.
- §6 section 1lit.f DSGVO for the necessary processing of personal data to preserve our rightful interests or that of third parties, as far as the general freedom, legal rights and interests of the affected person prevail. Rightful interests are: economic interests, deployment of our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal entitlements as well as the observance of other legal regulations.

We process data which we receive within the framework of the implementation of our business relationship. We receive this data directly from you by order placement or order processing.
Concretely we process for the execution of our services:

For the provision of services for specific areas, where the access to personal data can’t be ruled out, we employ service companies which are duty bound to secrecy and legal data protection.
These Categories of Recipients are:
- Order processors employed by us (art. 28 EU-DSGVO) especially in the area of IT-services, taxes, logistics and print-services, who bound by instructions handle your data for us
- Public institutions (revenue authorities) if there is a legal or regulatory obligation

A transfer of data only occurs if there is a presence of priority legislation.
Period of Retention and Deletion of Data
Your data will be retained during the process of contractual performance. After the end of the contractual relationship, we are duty bound by law to maintain the tax-relevant documentation for 10 years, after which they are deleted.
Right of Information, Rectification, Deletion, Contradiction and Data-Transfer
At any time, you can exercise your right to obtain information or implement the deletion of your data. Simply contact us as described above. In case of a request for deletion, but we are still legally bound to keep your data, the access to your data will be barred. The same applies in the case of contradiction.
