Purpose, Legal Basis, Categories of Recipients, Storage Period of Data Processing:
The purpose of data processing on this website serves the information about our company’s products and services, combined with the possibility for the user to contact target-orientated the correct in-house contact-person.
Furthermore we handle the data according to the following legal basis:
- Art.6 Section1lit. DSGVO (German abbreviation for General Data Protection Regulation) For the processing of personal data with the consent of the person in question
- Art.6 Section one lit. DSGVO for the necessary processing of personal data to fulfil a contract with the person in question as well as the processing of pre-contract arrangements.
- Art.6 Section 1 lit. DSGVO for the necessary processing of personal data required to fulfil legal duties, which we might be subject to, due to the DSGVO being the basis of EU legislation or that of another country.
- Art.6 Section 1 lit. DSGVO for the processing of personal data to preserve our interests or those of third parties, as long as basic freedom or base rights are not superseded. Rightful interests are in particular our economic interests, to show our website, security of information, the enforcement of our legal rights and the observance of further legal provisions.

For carrying out your order, we transfer your data to the delivery company which is handling the delivery. (legal basis DSGVO Art.6 Section 1 lit. f, the processing of personal data by the delivery service is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract)
We transfer your data during purchase initiation to the Credit Reference Agency to ascertain your credit rating. Your consent to this action can be revoked any time for future business. (legal basis DSGVO Art.6 Section 1 lit. f, the credit rating serves the assessment of credit risk)
Our employees, agencies, partner and tradesmen have been committed to absolute confidentiality. Transfer to governmental organisations are only ever effected due to compulsive national legalities.

Your right to Information, Correction, Deletion, Objection and Data Transfer:
